I am building my Veromos Violent/Focus with HP/Atk/ACC. This is just to get started leveling him. I will probably make minor adjustments on the May 31 rune removal day. If you have any suggestions for me, please let me know.

Spd/hp/hp, swap a def rune in if it's much superior, or spd/hp/acc.
Ideal is spd/hp/hp if he's used in both pvp and pve (which he likely is) and getting acc from substats. Despair or Swift until Violent.
Attack 1 scales on spd and 2 scales on hp, his passive cleanse healing naturally scales with his tankiness, and group cleansing gets better the faster he is.

You're right. Replacing rune #4 ATK% with HP% would increase second skill, "Super Crush." Thanks!

Super Crush won't ever hit that hard, FYI. His first skill hits harder. The HP is for his survival in terms of base hp and what he regains from cleansing himself.
Aside from the fact you want Spd slot 2 and spd subs everywhere so he cleanses more often, this is also the best way to gain extra DPS from him.
More spd is more dots on bosses or strong mons in ToA, and more spd is more dmg per hit on skill 1, which he's also using more often. This stuff is gravy compared to cleanse upkeep, but it's noticeable in fast Veros.
A violent veromos with 200+ spd can put out surprising dmg on a def-broken target if he goes crazy, while spam cleansing the team at the same time. You really want that spd rune. Again, spd/hp/hp with acc from subs is ideal so he stuns and dots more often. If he's fully skilled, his stun on his second skill is really strong. What's more, with Veros running around so much in the meta, Vero can't help with stuns, so it's really good to have AE CC like that. You'll see a tremendous power boost shifting to that rune build from HP/atk/acc if you can get a proper set by the time rune removal rolls around.
