So right now I have five 4* max monsters ready to evolve for when I want to get another 6*. I also have Nine 4* lv 1. monsters lined up for evolving the max levels. But I ran out of 3* fodders and I am kind of at a stand still. Should I keep farming and just work on leveling up my 2* monsters. Or should I use some of my 4* monsters to get more 5* (orochi, megan, darion, Kona, Sath, and copper are all candidates). If I 6* a monster it would be my upcoming Veromos.

... are you thinking of using those monsters as FOOD?
You're supposed to level fodder. I'm leveling a lot lately, scrolls are on fumes, and it's been consistent with only occasional giant farm days, so I'm leveling 1*s from the ground up.
If you're under double xp, even faimon/chiruka normal, which only give 2* or better fodder and have very high stam efficiency for repeated runs, will drain your fodder supplies.
Assuming you have scroll supplies, or aren't running double, then the norm is feeding 1*s to other 1*s and evolving them to 2*s, anything 2* or higher is used as carries. Mana costs rapidly escalate depending on the star level of what's eating. You should only be eating 1 stars with other 1 stars, you need SO much mana in the game. Each rune to +15 is many hundreds of thousands, or 7 digits if you're unlucky.
Have you not reached the point where you're just spam-raising your own fodder? 99% of the stuff I eat is unknown scroll or dropped fodder I raise myself, not from mysticals or something like that.
Under no circumstances should you be deciding whether or not to eat a potentially useful creature. You should *NEVER* eat a light/dark or nat 4, even if they currently suck, because of rebalancing. It's not hard to make a 3 or 4 star creature, put iffy creatures in storage unless you're 100% sure you don't want to use them *and* they're replaceable. If you decide you don't like the water werewolf, he has a SD. If you decide you don't like Copper, you have to wait for another to drop if you change your mind. Even worse for nat 4s.
So, no. Don't touch Orochi, don't touch Megan, don't touch Darion, don't touch Kona. Sath is mostly a premium speed farmer (which is a luxury) and helps AEing in SDs. I don't regret having mine, he is the only creature besides Raoq that can never, ever give the enemy a turn no matter what the AI chooses to do. Creatures with 2 AEs can still decide to use a single target attack. Sath and Raoq proc turns, but Sath can choose to AE, so he's faster as long as everything one-shots. When speed-farming faimon normal during double mana events, he's who I use, not one of my 6 stars. This is on auto, of course. Manual with a creature with 2 AEs that could AE/AE/AE and clear would be faster, but auto is less button pressing and only a couple seconds slower on Sath. He's technically skippable, though. Copper's useful, both as a farmer and as a PVP burst, as well as potentially a wind tank when you need one, as long as there isn't any ignore defense (but you may already have a Ramagos or Ermeda for general use or specific fire tanking use).

Haha no those are the candidates to be evolved into a 5*. My food is like, slimes, and junk monsters. I was wondering if I should turn one of those into a 5*, or save my fodder for a future 6* (Veromos). I already have a faimon farmer (Soha). My Ramagos is 5*max. My healers are Bella and Delphoi. You can go and look at my monsters, my in game name is the same as here.
All I really want to know is should I make another 5*, or should I save the fodder to make a 6* Veromos.

Take a 6 for PVE.
Veromos will do both PVE and PVP, basically anywhere, very safe 6.
You already have Bella as a 6. Veromos(L)/Bella/Shannon/Bernard most likely needs a second healer without good runes, or I'd consider Julien.
Wait for the 5ing, you don't need any of those listed mons right now. Megan would be an exception, except her only use to you atm would be DPS-bombing for faster glory points, and her stats there would be irrelevant besides her speed to buff.
